There are two ways to disable Strongswan. First, you can disable Strongswan VPN for brief periods when you do not wish to use the VPN. Second, you can remove the configuration entirely.

Disabling Temporarily

• Step 1

  Open the Strongswan app, then tap and hold on the Meddle VPN option. Then tap Edit.

• Step 2

  Tap the Reconnect Automatically checkbox to disable the VPN. If you want to reenable, follow the same steps and make sure that the checkbox is ticked.

Removing Meddle entirely

• Step 1

  Go to Settings, then Apps, then tap on Meddle.

• Step 2

  Tap Uninstall to uninstall the Meddle.
